Abstract
The article analyzes publications (textbooks, dictionaries, manuals) aimed at the study of the Belarusian language in the context of culture. It is well known that the study of any language must take place in an inseparable connection with the cultural and historical realities it signifies. The author concludes that in the presence of a certain amount of linguistic and culture-related literature, in Belarusian linguistics there is a need to publish a thorough dictionary that would cover the layer of Belarusian vocabulary that presents a national and cultural component.
