The purpose of the study is to prove the need to include articles on the description of the Belarusian language in the register of the linguistic and cultural dictionary. The dictionary should become not just a linguistic publication, but also a means of reflecting the culture of society, national uniqueness, aimed at providing the reader with information about the peculiarities of the Belarusian language and culture. The task of the dictionary creator is to reflect the language that expresses the culture in which it exists.
